Presence Sensor is an electronic device with a dry contact output that detects the presence or absence of physical entities such as humans or objects creating a temperature difference in an environment. Operating with infrared (PIR) technology, PA36008K detects movement when the switching zones defined in the lens are interrupted by the movement of heat-emitting living beings. When motion detection ends, it automatically turns off the circuit after the preset time elapses. While the dry contact output allows the sensor to be easily integrated with different systems, it is also an ideal solution for low-current applications. Thanks to the daylight detection feature in the product architecture, optionally, when there is sufficient ambient light during the day, the circuit is not activated even if motion is detected. Lighting sensors make energy consumption more efficient while providing savings, increasing user comfort, significantly reducing environmental impacts, and offering economic advantages.
