Presence Sensor is an electronic device that detects the presence of physical entities in an environment, such as humans or objects creating temperature differences. Operating with infrared (PIR) technology, the PU12018 detects movement when heat-emitting living beings cross the switching zones defined in the lens. When movement detection ends, it automatically turns off the circuit after the pre-set time elapses. Thanks to the daylight detection feature in the product's architecture, optionally, when there is sufficient ambient light during the day, the circuit is not activated even if movement is detected. Lighting sensors make energy consumption more efficient while providing savings, increasing user comfort, significantly reducing environmental impacts, and offering economic advantages.
